β€œYour communication and the information you provided leading up to the day was exceptional. I wouldn’t have changed a thing.”

Corinne P.

  • Great question! I use only high-quality, professional-grade products designed for long-lasting, flawless wearβ€”perfect for photography and all-day events. My kit features industry-renowned brands that deliver exceptional results, even on sensitive skin.

While I personally love natural and organic beauty products, they don’t always hold up to tears, heat, and long hours. That’s why I carefully select performance-driven products trusted by celebrity makeup artists to ensure your makeup stays fresh, comfortable, and beautiful from morning to night.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities, feel free to reach outβ€”I’m happy to discuss this with you.

  • No, I specialize in traditional makeup application because it provides a more refined, seamless, and natural-looking finish. If you love the looks in my portfolio, you’ll love the results of traditional application!

Curious why I prefer it over airbrush? Read more on my blog.

  • I’m happy to provide makeup for anyone who would like my services on your wedding day. Typically, I work with the bride, bridesmaids, maid of honor, and mothers of the bride and groom. For smaller parties, I’ve also done makeup for aunts, future in-laws, and even special guests.

My maximum is usually 6–8 people, depending on your timeline. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss what’s possible for your day!

  • Yes! I offer mobile wedding makeup services across the Sunshine Coast, select areas of Brisbane and beyond. A minimum booking is required for on-location services, but studio appointments in Nambour may be available depending on my schedule.

For on-location bookings, I provide one setup, so everyone receiving makeup should be ready at the same location.

  • Absolutely! With the right prep and a few minor touch-ups, professional makeup is designed to last.

Great skin helps with longevity, but don’t worryβ€”if you have any concerns, I’ll use the right skincare prep and products to ensure a flawless, long-wearing finish. Brides also have the advantage of prepping their skin in the months leading up to the wedding for the best results.

I use advanced techniques and high-performance, water-resistant (often waterproof) products to keep your makeup looking fresh through tears, sweat, and humidityβ€”all day and night!

  • With 25+ years of experience, I’ve worked with nearly every skin type, tone, and age.

During my seven years in Toronto, I worked with a diverse range of ethnicities, including African American, Indian, and Asian clients, and continue to do so today.

Every face is unique, and I have the expertise and professional products to enhance your natural beauty, no matter your complexion or skin concerns.

  • It’s best to keep skin treatments minimal in the weeks leading up to your event. Instead, focus on a long-term skincare routine as early as possible for the best results.

If your budget allows, invest in treatments like microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, laser, or peels well in advance to achieve smooth, hydrated, and clear skinβ€”just be sure to allow enough time for your skin to settle before the big day.

  • Yes, to an extent. While I can neutralize redness and discoloration, texture concerns like bumps, raised blemishes, or pitted skin will still be visible under makeup. My goal is to create the most flawless, natural-looking finish possible while keeping your skin looking like skin.

  • Yes, to an extent. I can significantly reduce the appearance of tattoos by neutralizing discoloration and layering high-coverage products. However, full coverage depends on factors like tattoo size, color, and placement. If complete concealment is your goal, let’s discuss the best approach for your needs.

  • Absolutely! Many of my clients are from interstate or overseas, as the Sunshine Coast is a popular destination for weddings. Everything can be arranged seamlessly via email or phone, and my easy online booking process makes securing your date simple and stress-free.

  • No, meeting in person before booking isn’t necessary. My brides and clients book via email after reviewing my work, reading testimonials, and ensuring our styles align. We'll meet in person during your makeup trial closer to the wedding day.

  • Yes, I typically have a minimum for wedding bookings, especially during peak seasons and weekends. Get in touch via my contact page to check availability and I'll let you know the current minimum and how I can assist.

  • Your wedding date is confirmed with a contract and booking fee. The sooner you secure your date, the better chance you have of booking your preferred suppliers.

I typically book 12-18 months in advance and only take a limited number of weddings per yearβ€”one wedding per day to ensure you have my undivided attention. Once your date and venue are set, it’s best to book your other suppliers soon after.

  • Yes, I’d love to! Keep in mind, availability can be tricky to coordinate with everyone’s schedulesβ€”yours, the photographer’s, and mine. Saturdays through Mondays are typically unavailable due to my wedding schedule, but we can find a time that works!

  • Trials are held at my home studio in Nambour, during daytime hours, Tuesday to Friday, depending on my wedding schedule. If you’re planning a trial, you might want to time it with a dinner out to make the most of your look. Just keep in mind, if you want to keep it a surprise for your fiancΓ©, you may want to plan accordingly!

In-studio appointments are by appointment only, usually available Tuesday to Friday, but I may be able to accommodate other times depending on my scheduleβ€”just reach out!

  • Makeup trials typically last 1.25–1.5 hours and include a personalized consultation and the application of one makeup look, along with a minor variation. If you'd like a completely different style, a second trial would need to be booked.

To help plan your perfect look, I’d love to see things like your dress, flower choices, bridal party outfits, and jewelry. Inspiration photos of makeup styles you like (and don’t like) are helpfulβ€”just keep it to a few with a similar look or feel.

  • A wedding makeup trial ensures you’ll love the look we create together for your big day. It’s not about testing if you like my workβ€”by this stage, you should already know my style aligns with your vision.

With 25+ years of experience, I require a trial for all weddings to ensure the best results and avoid any wedding day delays. You’ll feel confident and prepared, with one less thing to worry about on your special day!

  • I recommend scheduling your makeup trial 2-3 months before your wedding. This timing aligns with your final styling choices, reflects the season of your wedding, and ensures you're not overwhelmed by last-minute preparations.

  • I schedule 45 minutes per person for makeup, with additional time at the end for any touch-ups. For example, a party of 4 would typically take around 3.25 hours to complete.

  • I’ll provide a makeup schedule ahead of time to outline the timing for my services. Feel free to incorporate this into your master run sheet to keep everything on track.

  • I recommend having lip colour, pressed powder, and blotting papers for touch-ups. I can provide these to ensure they’re photo-friendly and won’t interfere with your makeup. While my makeup holds up beautifully, it’s always good to be prepared for the day’s surprises to keep your look fresh from morning to night.
