1.75 - 2.5+ hours depending on the desired lash look. Keep in mind the application requires you to lay still with your eyes closed throughout the entire process. Most people find the application very relaxing and fall asleep, however if laying quiet and still is hard for you, or you have back or neck issues this service may not be for you.
Please come to your appointment with minimal distractions (come alone, mobile phone off, etc.) - unfortunately children and pets are unable to attend as the application process is very detailed and requires no interruptions for everyone's safety.

With expert application and proper after-care there should not be any damage to your natural lashes.

Most people don't feel they need mascara when they have eyelash extensions and I don’t recommend its use.
The purpose of lash extensions is to eliminate the need for mascara so you save time every day and look great 24/7.

Avoid eye rubbing; do not use lash curlers; remove eye makeup gently with an approved lash extension cleanser.
I’ll provide you with my best after-care tips to ensure you know how to care for your new lashes. Regular cleansing with a lash extension cleanser is recommended daily to remove dirt, bacteria, oils, makeup and to ensure the lashes last as long as possible and that your natural lashes remain healthy.
Regular cleansing is the key to long lasting lashes and a healthy lash line! Lash cleansers and a variety of other after-care products are available for purchase.
You can read my lash cleansing blog post for my best tips on washing your lashes.

Be mindful whom you choose to apply your lashes - are they insured, certified and trained?
Extension supplies are easily accessible online with no proof of training required prior to purchase. The bonding glue used for extensions is extremely strong, much like super glue, and may cause serious injury and discomfort if used incorrectly. Infections and irritations can also occur from poor application.
How long is their appointment time? A full set appointment should be around 2 hours and refills/touch-ups from around 1 hour. Quality, longevity and comfort are often compromised in shorter appointments.

Yes! Only single lash hairs are used for Classic lashes, meaning one lash extension is applied to each of your natural lashes. Lash flares, pre-made fans and cluster lashes are not used here as they are not the best type of eyelash extensions and in most cases should be avoided as they can severely damage your lashes. Lash flares and clusters are quick and easy for a technician to apply but come at the cost of your natural lashes which may never properly recover.

Yes! I’m fully trained in the specialised technique of hand-fanned Russian Volume also known as 3D or Volume lashes by two of Australia's top trainers. As the name suggests, the aim is for volume rather than length by applying 2-4 extensions onto one single natural eyelash.
These lashes are perfect if you are after a high impact full look, or if your lashes are sparse. I choose the perfect amount of volume just for you. The final look is very soft and fluffy using only very fine extensions of either 0.05 or 0.07mm diameter.
I only use handmade fans created and fanned during your appointment. To ensure quality, no pre-mades or “made in advance” Russian Volumes are used in my sets.

As long as you have a decent amount of lashes and they’re not in poor condition i.e. damaged from lash lifts, hormonally challenged, exceptionally short, frail or have gaps then a set of lashes is usually possible for everyone.
If you have a habit of picking/pulling lashes or have alopecia then lashes are not recommended.
It’s possible to strengthen and grow your natural lashes by using my lash serum! If your lashes are lacking, I’d recommend using a serum in combination with your extensions - learn more about my lash serum

Refills, or touch-ups as I call them, are not provided on lashes applied by other salons. Please keep in mind not all lash technicians are the same nor are the supplies they use or their technique. It's best to start fresh with a new set of lashes when switching lash stylists.
Your previous lash extensions will need to be removed and a new set applied to guarantee the highest quality of work.

Lashes shed as they grow, just like the hair on our heads. You’ll notice 2-5 lashes shed per day which is normal and to be expected with or without lash extensions on. This is why regular maintenance appointments are required.
Sometimes your lashes may shed unevenly between eyes. This can be avoidable with better home care, but sometimes it’s just nature and how your lashes choose to shed.
Losing more lashes than this could be related to such things as:
Pressure from side sleeping
Hormonal fluctuations
Stress and illness
Seasonal lash sheds
Medications
Changes in diet
Oily skin types
Improper aftercare - not washing lashes daily, rubbing, picking, wearing heavy eye makeup, oily skincare products, facials, etc
Lifestyle activities - swimming laps, water skiing, etc

Well I do grant lash wishes for a living and I would LOVE to give you lashes like that screenshot you found online, or give you that faux lash look you've always dreamed of... and if your natural lashes can handle it, and you're willing to lay down for as long as it takes to create such a fine piece of lash artistry... then we can definitely talk!
However, your results depend on quite a few factors that we both need to consider before starting treatment.
1. Your natural lashes - there is a safe amount of weight to add to your natural lashes that don't cause damage. That weight is not up to me, it's up to your natural lashes and I've been doing this long enough to know what reasonable weight most natural lashes can handle. So while I'd love to create a strip lash look for you or give you that cat eye to make you look 20 years younger, we are both at the mercy of what your natural lash can safely support.
2. Your aftercare - team work makes the dream work! What I do at your lash appointments need to be back up with great aftercare by you at home. Consistency is key. Washing your lashes sporadically isn't as good as doing it every day as recommended. Make a commitment to care, love, and look after your lashes and I will be able to do more for you when your lashes are in their optimal health.
2. Your budget - did you know you have anywhere from 75-150 natural lashes PER EYE? Crazy, right? So the more complex and full of a lash look you're desiring, the more time it will take and the more skill is required from me, so your budget will definitely play a part in the final result.
In any case, you'll look and feel gorgeous no matter what set you choose, but if you have a very specific result in mind, then please get in touch so I can guide you to which of my lash services would be the best fit for you (and your budget!)
