Real Wedding at Yandina Station - Claire & Joe

I'm so excited to share my first "real wedding" post and who better to start with my stylish, rustic, boho-chic romantic couple Claire & Joe.

Claire and Joe travelled from Sydney to be married on the Sunshine Coast. They chose Yandina Station for their December wedding which offers couples accommodation and wedding venue all in one. Yandina Station is a perfect choice for a rustic wedding with lots of opportunities to create a chic touch! I love working at Yandina Station. It's a mini retreat away from the rest of the Sunshine Coast. A little country oasis where you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere...

The Bridal Makeup: Modern Muted Mattes

For Claire’s bridal makeup, she sent through some image ideas of makeup she liked before we met for a trial run. Claire loved the makeup I did - using her ideas I went for a modern muted eye and lip. I used colours in soft browns and nudes on the eyes/lips with bronzed cheeks. I chose muted matte colours as to not overpower the sheen of Claire's silk dress. I also used lots of lashes and accentuated Claire's full brows to really finished of the look. With the help of gorgeous loose curls by Hair by Nicola and a flower crown by Willow Bud, Claire's eyes really pop!

Claire's bridesmaids went for a soft smoky eye with pink cheeks and lips to match their blush polka dot dresses. We also did lashes too to make their eyes the focus.
